Is GrowBro free?

Yes. The free plan covers two complete grows from seed to harvest with 3 strains per grow, 7 additives, the 7 preset custom fields, smart additive predictions, automatic VPD, photos, notes and reports to view in the app.

After two grows, Pro unlocks unlimited grows for a one-time purchase. There is no subscription.

What does Pro include?

Unlimited grows, strains and additives, climate targets per phase with week-by-week flower plans, substrate tracking with dryback and runoff charts, same-strain run comparison, unlimited custom fields, CSV and PDF export, full backup and restore, sensor import from SensorPush and Spider Farmer, and a day editor you can arrange yourself. Everything that ships later is included.

Is GrowBro available for iPhone?

The iPhone version is in App Store review. It needs iOS 15.1 or newer. Once it is live, the App Store button appears on this page.

Is my data private?

Your grow data lives in a local database on your phone. GrowBro has no account and no cloud sync, so nobody at GrowBro can see your grows. The app only talks to the store for the Pro purchase and to a small counter that keeps the two free grows fair across reinstalls. The details are in the privacy policy.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Every feature works without a connection, including predictions, reports and exports. You only need to be online for the purchase itself.

Can I export or back up my data?

Pro users can export reports as CSV or PDF, export single grows, and create a full backup that restores on a new phone. Free users can view all reports in the app.

Which sensors can I import?

GrowBro reads the CSV exports of SensorPush and Spider Farmer sensors and fills in temperature and humidity for each day. The files are processed on your phone. This is a Pro feature.

Which languages does the app speak?

English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese (Brazil), Polish, Czech and Russian. You can switch the language in the app settings.

Which devices are supported?

Android phones and tablets with Android 7.0 or newer. The iPhone version needs iOS 15.1 or newer.

I bought Pro and got a new phone. What now?

Install GrowBro, sign in to the same Google or Apple account you bought with and tap "Restore purchase" on the Pro screen. Your grow data moves over with a backup file, which you create in the app before switching phones.
